The ride features a 3.5 mile, 25 kilometer, 50 kilometer, and 100 kilometer route. All courses will begin and end in Ahoskie at the Ahoskie Amphitheater. Along the courses there will be rest stops with beverages and snacks to help all riders stay energized and hydrated throughout their journey. Routes will be marked and monitored in order to respond to any safety needs. After the ride we will provide a lunch and beverages. T-shirts provided for all who register before August 1, 2023.

Cause:

We are friends of the late Dexter Davis. Dexter passed away from colon cancer in September of

2022. We have decided to sponsor an annual Bike Ride to honor Dexter’s memory. The primary

goal of the Inaugural Dexter Davis Bike Ride for Colon Cancer is to raise awareness and funds

for the diagnosis and treatment of colon cancer.
