OK folks....many of you know that I am a breast cancer survivor looking at my 10 year "anniverasry" in December 2012.  I find that with each and every day I count my lucky stars that I had the support of my family and friends to get me through the difficult time of my diagnosis, treatment and recovery.  That support included cooked meals, company during my treatments, help with finding just the right wig and more importatnly, not having to worry about the everyday issues that life presents us and instead concentrating on getting well.

Unfortunately, not everyone is as lucky.  Many men and women have to deal with issues during their treatment like transportation to treatment, childcare, mortgage payments, putting meals on the table...in other words, life!  Let's help all these canser patients have a little less to worry about by helping me raise funds for the Livestrong foundation and the Angel Fund from our local Rex Hospital Cancer Center.

Fighting cancer is hard enough as it is, I should know!  Let's help ease the burden of life's obligations so that our local cancer patients can concentrate on getting better.
