Enjoy a day of cycling for others along beautiful country roads southwest of Raleigh, NC. The Ride for Life offers fun and challenging routes for cyclists of all ages! Choose the in-town Family Ride (Click here to Register for the RfL Family Ride) or one of five out-of-town routes (Click here to Register for an RfL out of town route).

Event details and schedule

The ride heads out from the Fuquay Varina United Methodist Church and is fully supported with SAG vehicles, rest stops, and a complimentary lunch for all cyclists. Cash and checks only for same day registration. Helmets required for all cyclists. Parking is limited, please carpool if possible. All children under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or adult guardian with them at all times on the ride.

     Iron Ride/English Century/Metric Century: Sign In/Registration Starts @ 7:15 AM & Heads Out @ 8:00 AM

     Half Metric/Leg Stretcher: Sign In/Registration Starts @ 7:45 AM & Heads Out @ 8:30 AM

     Family Ride: Sign In/Registration Starts @ 8:15 AM & Heads Out @ 9:00 AM

Routes and Rides:

Family (Blue) - Multiple laps up to 10 Miles - Entire Family - $20 (Registration - RfL Family Ride)

Leg Stretcher (Yellow) - 30 KM/19 Miles - $30 (Registration - RfL)

Half Metric Century (Green) - 50 KM/31 Miles - $30 (Registration - RfL)

Metric Century (Red) - 100 KM/62 Miles - $30 (Registration - RfL)

English Century (White) - 100 Miles - $30 (Registration - RfL)

Iron Ride (White/Orange) - 112 Miles - $30 (Registration - RfL)*

* - On the Iron Ride, you can bring a personal needs bag that will be available for you near the half way point of the ride and waiting for you upon completion of your Ride for Life.

Cause:

All registration fees, rider, and team donations for The Ride for Life go to charities helping the homeless, the sick, the hungry, and those in need locally and around the world through the following beneficiaries:

Multiple Sclerosis Society - Greater Carolinas Chapter

American Diabetes Association

Tour de Femme charities

Fuquay Varina Emergency Food Pantry

Southern Wake Faith Community in Action

Imagine No Malaria 

Each charity receives 1/7th of all funds raised.
