I'm riding in honor of my friend and cylcing buddy, Kathleen Laughlin, who is living life to its fullest with cancer.   She has shown her friends what it is to keep moving ahead with optimism and appreciate each day you are given.   She has battled cancer on and off for years, and has remained focused on and motivated by what life has to offer.  

She is a model of life affirmation, and a great friend to boot.
